We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Due to hygiene standards, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for return
- Photo evidence, if the item is damaged or incorrect

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.
